Right then, the Apple iPad, the eagerly anticipated Apple tablet, has been revealed. My first reaction, living as the Apple fan that I am was 'I want one instantly!' as the mist cleared and I started weighing the arguments of the machine I suspect Iwill have to give it rather more contemplation before I purchase one. That's not to say that I will not do so, but i want to be certain. You will find a great number of factors both in support of and in opposition to the Apple iPad gizmo and here are some thoughts to mull over, in no particular arrangement :

Pro : The Apple iPad is a marvel of design, sleek and not very heavy and easy to hold. It looks great.

Con : It has no technique of defending the screen apart from a pocket/covering that's unattached to the gadget itself.

Pro : It boasts the same superb touch screen capacities of the iPhone and iPod Touch device and looks to be a glorious gadget to use.

Con : It runs the phone OS instead of a full OS, which constraints what exactly you are able to do with it.

Pro : The Apple iPad is brilliant for watching films, TV shows and podcasts and playing video games togetherwith browsing the internet.

Con : it doesn't support flash, which may restrict the amount of employment it is for surfing.

Pro : The Apple iPad is aglorious way to stay on the internet when on the go, straightforward to set up and really fast, plus the range of capacities means there is one for everybody.

Con : while it's fast, there are no USB ports along with there's no method of expanding the capacity. And, the bigger sized drives are extremely expensive.

Pro : The Apple ipad is superb for travelling and being on the internet while relaxing thanks to the glorious UI and the marvellous display.

Con : it doesn't appear to be much good for doing any work on, which is what a lot of of us would want out of it if taking it when travelling.

Pro : It offers a fantastic new e-reader experience for publications, magazines and websites to be enjoyed upon.

Con : True, but you are able to say the same about the iPod Touch, the iPhone, the Kindle in addition to the Sony e-reader, all of which are cheaper by a verylong way.

In spite of its negative aspects, I continue to want one as they give the impression of being fun and extremely good for casual surfing and entertainment. The absence of capacities for using it as a work gadget is the issue that's turning me off the device right now, but just like plenty of other people, I'm fascinated by this rather awesome new contraption, and am eager to have a mess about and see precisely what the Apple ipad tablet is able to offer me.
