The Canon EOS Digital Rebel Cameras Continue to Impress and Amaze
The EOS Rebel series has been produced for 10 years now and in that time, the new improvements in technology when it comes to image reproduction has come in big leaps. The company which manufactures this line of cameras has gone with the flow and has even pioneered some of the features that we now find so common within the digital cameras of today. The EOS series was one of the first series of cameras to include a digital processor within the manual SLR. Of course this occurred with film and nothing was done digitally.
The utilization of the processor was to help the shutter-bug in making the right exposures. This ended in better lit footage in their cameras and more vivid pictures when revealed thanks to the actual value of the exposure setting. This feature also ran the auto focus of the lenses which was a novel addition in film cameras since it permitted for less targeting time which saved the snapper time.
The EOS would shortly develop into the EOS Digital Rebel series which was an absolutely digital line of cameras. The 1st consumer level test subject would be the revolutionary EOS Digital Rebel ( AKA 300D or KISS Digital ) which was the 1st consumer DSLR under $1,000. Canon had several digital SLR cameras before the 300D, but they were directed at the pro shooter not the consumer.
It may seem that the sensor quality of these older cameras between 2-4 mega pixels was poor compared to the digital cameras now available. But remember that with the advent of these new devices, most photographers may be able to do away with the film canisters that are extremely vulnerable to damage and often become very bulky in long trips like holidays or tours.
Having a view-screen permitted the paparazzo to see their photographs right away rather than waiting for film to be processed and developed. This would also lose the poor shots that would otherwise be a waste of film.
Note that these features were still in their unrefined stages back then. Most of the auto focus functions wouldn't be as trusty, and lenses had their affectations with the most typical problem being a clouded picture which resulted from the incompatibility of the lens light refraction with the fledgling image sensors.
The latest line from this manufacturing company in addition has taken a new jump in features with regard to their DSLR line. Getting onto the hi-def bandwagon, they now came up with an EOS Rebel line that is able to take HD videos with sound. This would suggest that the shutter-bug will have the additional option of taking videos, an option that was formerly not available in the DSLR of most brands. As with any leading edge technology, this is still in its testing phase and clients can expect there to be small issues.
the largest problem though is where do you go when you need Canon EOS Digital Rebel camera repair? With smaller and smaller parts, the elements of the devices become rather more difficult. Service centers must be experienced with your make and model camera, dont just pay the maker $200 to perform a simple repair for you, look around and look into your options! If you can't fix your camera, you can still buy new Canon DSLR online through a reliable website or Amazon shop.
