The ipod repair business is growing at a record pace. And, of late, the iphone repair business has been greatly requested. Thispresents two questions. First, who is utilizing maintenance? Second, why are these services necessary?
What do the list of individuals have in common? Your sister. A friend. An instructor. The guy next door. The person next to you on the plane. The man exercising on the treadmill. Chances are more than slim that each of these people enjoys the use of an mp3 player. It wasn't so very long ago that society had never heard of this type of personal music device. The decade of the 1970's listened to records, followed by the popular 8 track player. Music lovers in the 1980's relied on cassette tapes, a slightly smaller version of recorded music. The 1990's found people enjoying recordings on compact discs, played on a variety of disc players. Now, slowly yet surely, this new millennium has brought about the use of the digital music player. With affordable price points and clear applications, people of all backgrounds can enjoy an mp3 player. Often, new technology is designed only with certain group of people in mind. This is not the case with mp3 players. The functionality of the player is so user-friendly that even those who are quite elderly should have no problem comprehending the applications. The only thing that can lesson the enjoyment is when the technology breaks down. A music device that is not functioning properly is of no good to anyone. So, since most people own an mp3 player, what should these people do when their device is broken?
Think again about the number of folks who enjoy using their mp3 players. Most assuredly, the next thing these people have in common, is that their understanding of how it works is extremely minimal. When something goes wrong with their device, often, there is no easy solution. Additionally, it is not something the average man, woman or child knows how to mend. Many parts and services can be obtained. As the use of mp3 players rapidly expands, so does the availability and reliability of maintenance services.
