How The LG KF510 Stacks Up Against Competition
Mobile phones and mobile phone technologies have advanced quite a bit over the years, and the LG KF510 is an obvious result of such advances. The mobile phone has an unforgettable posh sense of style, and also conforms to popular mobile phone structures by offering the phone as a slider phone. The real test, however, comes with whether or not the phone can live up to the style it creates.
The physical design of the LG KF510 is quite impressive. The metal body has a very sleek finish that is visually appealing, and the overall slim body makes it easily concealed and carried. The biggest benefit would be the large touch screen that it contains- a total of 2.2 inches for browsing and navigating through the mobile phone. The design clearly has little to discount.
When it comes to entertainment, the LG KF510 delivers quite a package. There is support for a mobile web browser so that Internet junkies can get their fix wherever they may be. In addition to the Internet, the mobile phone features an FM radio that can pick up surrounding radio stations with ease- meaning you can carry around a mobile jukebox to help curve boredom.
When it comes to networking a mobile phone, there aren't usually a lot of options with today's current brands of phones. But the LG KF510 offers USB 2.0 support that allows it to be connected easily to other devices to transfer files and information effortlessly. For a wire free environment, Bluetooth is supported- which allows mobile phone users to share information without a single wire.
Photography has become very popular among mobile phones. It's hard to find a mobile phone that doesn't have a camera attached. The LG KF510 follows suit by offering a very clear 3.0 megapixel camera that takes very crisp pictures. Included with the camera is an autofocus feature, which allows better shots to be taken on account of the lack of blur that is otherwise present in many mobile phone pictures.
There is one major drawback to the LG KF510. But it isn't necessarily the fault of the LG KF510, it's a problem with all touch screens. When in direct sunlight, the LG KF510 will be quite hard to read. The visibility of the touch screen quickly goes downhill- meaning anyone with a profession working outdoors might want to reconsider buying this mobile phone.
The LG KF510 doesn't have support for 3G- meaning that high speed transmissions, global roaming, and extra access to multimedia options will not be available. In the forthcoming years of mobile phones, this will be a popular feature and the LG KF510 will sadly miss out.
Closing Comments
The LG KF510 is certainly a great phone with its high class style and visual attraction. The touch screen display shows how technologically advanced the mobile phone is- although it doesn't support 3G access. By all means this is a fully functional phone worth investigating- but be sure to shop around before ultimately making a decision.
